Job Description
  • Contributing to the development of annual goals and objectives of the Company.
  • Coordination with Regional office, Financial Institutes, Corporate sectors
  • Achieve retail targets for vehicle value chain products(finance, Retail, accessories / insurance)
  • To set achieve targets fixed by TKM management
  • Coordination with TKM zonal Accounts Manager of dealership on a daily basis for vehicles, for funds critical Requirements (colors, etc.)
  • Cultivate business relationships (retail and Wholesale customers)
  • Highlight on the SR operations in the manager s meet every month.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of the Sales officers
  • Set marketing strategies to target new business.
  • Conduct analysis of market competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness
  • Monitoring DCRs of the SO s with help of Team Leader
  • Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
  • Setting budgets/targets.
  • Liaising with other line managers
  • Assuring that the employees of the Sales Department conduct their affairs in a manner conducive to the organization
  • Development and maintenance of relationships and alliances with Principal, industry associations, suppliers, and vendors that promotes the goodwill of the company and serve its interests best.
  • Contributing to the development of annual goals and objectives of the Company.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business management
  • Expertise in Sales management Channel Sales of large organization.
  • Leading Team Managers / Associates with diverse background and workgroups.
