Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver effective German language training programs to individuals and groups of various levels and backgrounds

2. Create lesson plans and learning materials that are engaging and interactive

3. Monitor progress and provide feedback to learners to ensure they are meeting their language learning goals

4. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance

5. Collaborate with other German language trainers to share best practices and improve the overall quality of language training at our organization

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate

7. Support the development of language learning resources and tools for clients

Requirements:

1. Native-level fluency in German and English

2. Bachelor’s degree in German language or related field

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching German to non-native speakers, preferably in a corporate environment

4. Experience delivering online language training using virtual classroom software

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Flexibility and adaptability to different learner needs and learning styles

8. Strong organizational and time management skills

9. German language training B2/C1/C2 Certification is mandatory.
