Job Description - Youtube Content Manager

Responsibilities
  • Build and run YouTube Channels for the category they are assigned from the ground up.
  • Should have experience in growing channels or running campaigns digitally.
  • Well versed with current ongoing trends and how to curate content that captures the market.
  • Sense of basic design, creating PPTs, knowledge of design tools.
  • Ideating, designing and executing sessions on YouTube - End to end.
  • To be able to drive target on basis of Subscribers & Views.
Requirements
  • Have a knack to learn new skills to present content digitally
  • Streamline and optimise YT operations in the team.
  • Should have experience in managing and scaling social media handles -preferably youtube channels.
  • Should be capable of driving engagement on multiple Social media platforms - FB, Insta, LinkedIn, telegram etc.
  • Should be good at copywriting and structuring the contents of promotion materials.
  • Experience in managing media would be a great addition - the experience of working in a fast-paced start-up would be preferred.
  • Thought Leadership for digital content, keep bringing new innovations and capture the audience
