Team and Role overview

Adenza is seeking an RFP specialist to be a team contributor in Sales Opportunities across the globe. The RFP Specialist will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including Analysis of RFPs / EOIs, upkeeping of data/solutions repository, and consistency in Product / Solution messaging through RFP responses. This position transverses both the Capital Markets and the Risk & Regulatory Reporting Adenza Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for related Workstream of RFP and take end to end ownership of responses of the stream
• Analyze EOI, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to create proposal responses & outline in the allocated timelines
• Working with client-facing teams to analyze proposal requirements to determine bid/no-bid
• Write persuasively, articulate differentiation, and Ensure readability, completeness, accuracy, and clarity of the Solution responses
• Contextualize responses effectively by taking necessary inputs from COE and Presales & Sales teams
• Monitor Response content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
• Maintain, augment, and improve the library of reusable components, repositories, templates, checklists, and processes to reduce response time and improve the quality of future bids
• Research, liaise with R & D & Presales and gather information to update the “repository” from time to time.
• Engaging and partnering with other COE team members and Presales & Sales teams to complete the formulation of winnable responses considering strategic relationships, competitor intelligence, etc.
• Ensuring the firm brand, product messaging, and tone are consistent throughout the document
• Ensure high-quality of proposals/ responses and final delivery by performing rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents
• Alert and guide the team on changing trends in RFP contents and demands from prospects.
• Participate in deal audits for necessary improvements and corrections

Skills and Requirements

• Strong understanding of some (ideally all) of these Technology subjects: architecture, infrastructure, application-based solutions, security, integration, Cloud, Databases.
• Technical knowledge of Java, Jboss, Spring Boot, Oracle, AWS
• A strong Understanding of Integrations, Infrastructure management, APIs, ETLs is a must
• Practical experience in managing technology infrastructure/environments
• Some Domain expertise in Treasury & Capital Markets Solutions
• Proven ability to work across organizations with effective communication
• Proven attention to detail
• Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
• Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs, Post Graduations
• Experience in using RFP / Demo Tools
• Prior Demo experience to Clients / Prospects across the Globe
• Basic understanding of the financial industry and various asset classes like Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Options, Fixed Income, Money Market, Securities Finance, FX, Commodity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, and Structured products
• Risk & Regulatory Reporting Solutions exposure

Our office

Adenza Mumbai is located on the 2nd floor of the Ackruti Center Point building. We’re very close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, and Five Star hotels. We have excellent transport links nearby, including Andheri Metro and railway station. Many restaurants are just opposite of our building. We have two large offices with a modern cafeteria with a coffee vending machine, coffee/tea/snacks are always available games as well. Two boxes of fresh fruit are delivered once a week.
