The Job…

  • You will succeed in mapping our most critical talent markets, compiling competitive intelligence, researching industry trends, and sharing perspectives on how to best compete in the external talent landscape
  • You will experiment with innovative marketing and creative sourcing techniques, analyze conversion data, and measure channel effectiveness to increase return in our investments over time
  • You will assess passive candidates, understand their strengths, motivations, and attraction drivers, and successfully convert them to Applicants
  • You will own the Candidate Experience in partnership with Business Relationship Managers, and continuously seek to improve it

  • You bring previous sourcing experience, with strong emphasis on talent intelligence, networking and building talent engaged pools. You have excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean search, LinkedIn and other personal and professional social media platforms. You are an expert in using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates and you love building relationships with prospective talent.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – articulate, well-spoken and confident telephone manner
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent IT skills and exposure to recruitment software
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in sourcing internationally at non-management levels
  • Resourceful, proactive and creative approach to work
  • 100% fluent in English
  • Tenacity and determination to succeed

Experience:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with major and strong emphasis on sourcing, networking and building talent pipeline across software product based technologies and skill sets.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying prospective talent in anticipation of future talent needs.
  • Strong experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
  • Strong experience using a metric driven approach to developing, tracking and running pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates, including passive candidates.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor market(s) to source candidates.
  • Strong experience of pipeline generation and qualification, employing varied techniques (both virtual and not), demonstrating creative, resourceful and committed approach.
  • Strong experience in sourcing from social media platforms (professional and social).
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to qualify very senior talent.
