Job Description
  • Play a key role in formulating and executing strategic business priorities for Trade and Working Capital Operations and building a strong governance framework
  • Monitor project status, Steer regular governance meetings, communication and updates to senior management
  • Managing Headcount planning and review process along with key Financial targets for the organization
  • Develop schedules for monthly KRI reporting
  • Navigating a matrix organization and providing leadership to achieve project objectives
  • Identifying project risks, effectively escalating and developing remediation plans
  • Administering communications for the Trade & working Capital Operations organization
  • Organizing weekly management meeting, town halls, offsites
  • Performing any other ad hoc reporting/analysis and strategic projects
  • Support a wide range of stakeholders (Product, technology, Sales, Client service)

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • 15-18 years of experience of working in a Financial Services industry and business knowledge on Trade products is preferred
  • Analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and aggressively steer initiatives.
  • Leadership and staff development skills with prior team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business and technical parts of the organization.
  • Can operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and can prioritize one’s own and teams work to achieve them.
  • Ability to partner with demanding stakeholders, managing their expectations while developing strong working relationships with them.
  • Understanding of operational risks and related controls, audit and internal control framework.
