Title: Government Staffing Account Manager – IA21-919911

We are looking to build a team around this one individual. You will be instrumental in the structure and growth of this role and department within the company. Management is looking to back the right individual 100%!

You must have exceptional communication experience directly with Managers, Program Managers, Program Directors, CTOs, and CIOs in the government space. This individual will be tasked with identifying, negotiating and winning business within the US Government.

Great Candidates Have
  • Ability to develop, execute and coordinate a successful sales strategy to achieve expected business results
  • Managing the coordination, communication and implementation of strategic action to gain new business
  • Knowledge of national & regional Government contacts and related business issues and practices
  • DOD and Federal Government sales experience
  • Be an expert inside all accounts - who they are, what they do, what are their goals, what are their priorities, how do they buy from us, and most importantly how to extend our offering internally
  • Ability to gain trust across internal and external functional leaders - extremely collaborative
  • Negotiate and manage bids, proposals and RFP’s
Qualifications
  • Strong prospecting / closing skills
  • Strong relationship / people skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working with Delivery Team & their Management team
  • At least 6 years of professional selling experience in Government sales
  • Working knowledge of how to read/build all types of RFP/RFQ’s and the submissions process
