JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • capable to manage the team of 6 CRE offline and online both.
  • provide proper training to team members and help them to resolve the queries if Escalated.
  • Ensure every customer queries should be responded in a time, via calls WhatsApp and emails.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers with the best suitable solution. To engage,
  • retain and improve customer service experience.
  • Resolve/Report customer issues by liaising with the internal team.
