We are glad to inform you all that Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate for Kolkata Location for one of Leading E-Commerce project


  • Designation-
  • Customer Support Associate (CSA).
  • Job Profile-
  • Have to resolute customers query over Email / Calls (Blended process)

  • Mandatory Criteria-’
  • Min HS Passed.
  • Fresher & Experience both can apply
  • Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skill
  • Must have excellent Email writing skills in English
  • Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

  • Mandatory System requirement for Work from Home’
  • Must have laptop/Desktop with webcam
  • Windows 10 Original version mandatory
  • 4 GB RAM
  • Speaker & Microphone in Working condition’
  • Active antivirus
  • Broadband or Wi-Fi
  • Noise Cancellation Headset / Headphone


Other requirement-


  • Customer orientation.
  • Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
  • No planned leave for upcoming 3 months post joining
  • Shift 9 hour a day, with 8 hrs work and 1-hour break

Interview Structure- (Virtual base)

  • HR round - General check
  • Typing test (30WPM/90% Accuracy)
  • Grammar test
  • Client round
