Desired Candidate Profile : -

  • · B Pharma or B.sc, having 3 to 5 Years’ experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing, 2-3 years as Senior Product Manager / product manager handling Dermatology portfolio
  • · He/ She should have good knowledge of Dermatology Portfolio.

Job Description: -Role

  • Brand Management.
  • Identifying new avenues and products to develop brand portfolio
  • Responsible for managing marketing function of dermatology portfolio based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
  • Planning and Design promotional material / product campaigns/tools to support the sales / marketing objectives with cost effectiveness
  • Create entry barriers for the competition by product differentiation and packaging
  • Monthly & quarterly brand monitoring and review
  • Field visit to meet customers to review and evaluate strategy implementation and business outcome.
  • Train, motivate and guide the sales team to ensure the continuous growth of the assigned brand/portfolio
  • He/she will work closely with sales team and other support staff.
