GSI Solutions Marketing Manager

Nutanix is seeking an experienced solution marketing manager to build awareness, create demand and drive revenue with Nutanix’s ecosystem of Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategy, joint solution value propositions, collateral and programs that highlight the strength of GSI partners in alignment with Nutanix’s marketing, business and sales priorities. You will own developing the strategy and the execution of marketing activities ‘to’, ‘with’ and ‘through’ GSI to help acquire new customers, retain and grow our install base and deliver growth in GSI influenced revenue.

You will be a part of the product and solutions marketing team and work closely with a cross-functional marketing, sales, alliances, and engineering teams in addition to working with GSI teams. You will work closely with GSI partners and GSI business managers to identify key partners, customer segments and industry verticals. You will also be responsible for developing joint solutions messaging and collaterals, driving thought leadership, and enabling Nutanix sales and GSI partner teams.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven solutions marketing professional with extensive experience working at a technology company or Global System Integrator (GSI).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute best-in-class GSI joint marketing plans that effectively drive awareness and adoption of Nutanix technology
  • Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with Nutanix’s GSI business team and GSI’s marketing teams
  • Own the development of messaging, positioning, value proposition and content for all GSI marketing needs (across web, social, solution launch assets, PR/AR)
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure that GSI marketing programs are aligned, launched, and communicated effectively and featured in all relevant corporate marketing campaigns
  • Drive GSI partner awareness and evangelize value proposition internally in Nutanix
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams to ensure that content, tools, and other GSI marketing message/assets are effectively included and used by the field
  • Support GSI partners during Nutanix user events by owning development of presentations/sessions, as needed. Represent Nutanix at GSI partner events

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Product or solutions marketing, product management, solution engineering at high-growth technology companies or at leading GSIs.
  • Proven record of creating customer-facing and GSI partner-facing resources, with the ability to digest and articulate complex concepts simply for mass consumption
  • Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute as an individual contributor
  • Proven ability to build support and manage resources across cross-functional teams
  • Track record of creative go-to-market campaigns and content generation is a big plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and polished presentation abilities
  • Highly collaborative, creative, goal-oriented, self-starter and team-centric
  • Strong desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • BA/BS required or equivalent work experience
