Qualification:

Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

Qualification requirements:-

1. Finalize annual budget in coordination with Production, Projects & Marketing Dept. and conduct monthly variance analysis and its review.

2. Finalize annual budget for EPC.

3. To incorporate, implement & review internal control on all commercial & financial transactions.

4. Finalize financial statements of Revenue, cash flow, budget and forecast targets to apprise Management

and Board.

5. Working capital finance & capital budgeting and liaise with bankers for bank financing, bills discounting etc.

6. Control and monitor inventory and capital budgets, including cash flow management.

7. Develop & manage performance strategies, expenditure budget and management of working capital.

8. Regular Cost control and monitoring through Budgetary control on SAP for operation cost of factory.

9. Analyze product costing, variance analysis and profitability analysis based on SAP data.

10. Ensure effective concurrent audit.

11. Ensure effective internal audit and compliances.

12. Co-ordinate with bankers for fund and non-fund limits at minimum cost.

13. Control and curb finance cost through various fund and non-fund instruments and strategies.

14. Credit rating of Company.

15. Annual balance sheet of Skipperseil with all compliances in a timely manner.

16. Compliance of Foreign Investment regulation.

17. Develop finance team to align with business requirement and objective in terms of compliances, cost and risk (proactive).


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills. working experience as CFO of a manufacturing organisation
