As the Head of Creative you will lead the creative team in the production of highly effective user acquisition creative across both video and playable.

What you will really be doing

  • Providing top-level management for our 20+ person marketing creative team covering video, static and playable advertising content
  • Developing and actioning strategies to ensure our team is working efficiently and developing high-performing content
  • Working as the key stakeholder within the creative team and primary contact point for those outside of the department
  • Handling internal structure, individual growth and general skills development within the creative team
  • Working with a well-established team of hyper-casual experts; listening to their expertise while imparting your own knowledge and experience to elevate the team
  • Setting targets for the team based on actionable data and overseeing the fulfilment of these targets
How you will be doing this
  • You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
  • You’ll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
  • You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you can get it. We even have a robot!


Team

You’ll work within an extremely experienced, passionate and diverse team, including David Darling and the creator of the original Micro Machines video game.

Skills and requirements

  • 4+ years as a manager of a large team, preferably in the fields of marketing or gaming
  • Experience setting high-level goals and evidence of achieving these goals
  • High-level communication skills; proven leader with the ability to motivate and guide
  • A passion for mobile gaming and digital advertising
  • Experience heading a marketing creative team would be a bonus
