Roles and Responsibilities


  • Act as Mirror of the management,

  • End to end responsibility to their Operations,

  • Adequate knowledge of customer Agreement and Customer expectations, Maintaining office Discipline, Analyzing daily Reports from all Concerns with KPI Parameter Achievements,

  • An internal review in the morning with all Operations Departments of Surveillance, Energy, SME, O&M, SMS, and Estate,

  • Supporting H.R. activities i.e. Man Power Shortages, Mobile Serviceability, Ensure Wages received by each & Every candidate, Weekly & Monthly Employee Attendance.

  • Ensuring Bills submission on time and follow up with customer for PO/ Bill Pending issues,

Surveillance Team Vigilance and alarm follow up on Critical issues.


  • Ensuring Safety at the site as well as Employees. Stores auditing / Vigil on supplier POs/ invoices.
  • Ensuring emotional connect and Reward/Recognition every month, Material recon with the customer (MRN & SRN).

  • Supporting and addressing all Operational teams(Estate/Energy/SMS and Surveillance etc),KPI

Desired Candidate Profile


4-5 Years Experience in Telecom Field.


Qualification : Graduate
