Opportunity for senior position in Sales & Marketing

  • Designation: Head - Sales & Marketing
  • Reporting to: Director
  • Department: Sales & Marketing

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.B.A or Equivalent
  • Experience: 12 - 18 years of relevant experience preferable from same industries

    • 10. Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute country specific Sales & Marketing strategies & plans
    • Business Inquiry generation and management
    • Ability to lead and guide team
    • Creating Brand awareness in national and international markets
    • Market Research - Need based vertical & circle research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
    • Generate new customer database of industry and start communication and arrange personal meeting on suitability
    • Manage commercial documents
    • Developing Annual Marketing Communication Plan and Execution
    • Developing Annual Business Plan and Execution
    • Responsible for attend International & Domestic Expo
    • Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments

    Desired Candidate Profile

    11. Preferred Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is Mandatory. Knowing a foreign language would be a plus point.
    • Strong Business Acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, Adaptability, Energetic, Result-oriented, and a Team player.
    • Proven track records in International Sales and in informal leadership.
