ResponsibilitiesDigital Reputation Management
  • Crisis Management - Proactive narrative building to avoid crisis and establish desired brand associations
  • Social Media strategy
  • Build a network of influencers across social media platforms to meet Adani Group’s national and regional challenges
  • Crafting the SM narrative, messaging and compelling content
Management of a full-fledged Command Centre
  • Ensure robust listening desk optimized with top-notch tools
  • Managing various partner agencies Engaging with stakeholders on different channels
  • Planning and developing and anaysing the social media campaigns to build solid online presence, Bring awareness about organization’s sustainability and CSR initiatives.
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers & online communities
  • Coaching employees’ (company-wide) on content creation best practices.
  • Manage all aspects related to the Company’s online presence, including website, social media presence, blogs, and SEO
  • Research competitive and digital trends, benchmarking, post-campaign, & audience analysis
  • Provide ongoing, comprehensive training for web development and design staff, and conduct regular web quality assurance checks
  • Develop and maintain the website calendar and process, and assist the agencies with event planning
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to create relevant reporting and insights for the team, senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and participate in relevant external events, conferences, and seminars.
Corporate Activations
  • Lead Public Participation and Engagement Activations programs at the group-level aiming at long-term advocacy
Support strategic exhibitions, events, and tradeshows to represent the Corporate Brand adequately.Qualifications
  • Masters diploma/degree in Mass communications preferred
  • Candidate should possess graduation degree of a recognized University and professional qualification.
Relevant Experience
  • Min 18 years’ experience
  • Experience as a journalist and website manager, having managed major crisis, deep listening, social analytics
  • Experience pulling data from social media listening/analytics tools such as Radian 6, Visible Intelligence, Sprinklr, SimplyMeasured, etc.

  • Adaptability (Capable of direct co-ordination and expectation management with Chairman and Promoters)
  • Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong Analytical skills and abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.
  • Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports
