Role and Responsibilities include:Coordinates among Doctors, Hospital, Central team and Insurance Team.Physically present at the Hospital.Receives and greets patients.Fills/Helps in filling the admission form. Coordinates with Hospital lab in charge in getting done the test prescribed for the patients within time.Ensuring patient is shifted to the OT 30-45 minutes before surgery by coordinating with hospital staff.Collecting final bill Discharge, Summary, Bill break up by coordinating with hospital persons.Getting corrections done from the hospital in the documents provided by them, if requiredRequirementsShould be able to coordinate and hustle.Should be sincere and get things done in time.Flexible for travel within the city and flexible with work timings.Should be comfortable working in hospitals.Should be humble and helping in nature.Should have a nice dress-up sense and way of communicating.Healthcare experience is a plus.
