Educational Qualifications
Any Undergraduate or Graduate with minimum 1 Year of International Chat Experience in a Telecom Process
OR
Any undergraduate or graduate with minimum 1 Year of Experience Working in an international Travel or Banking & Insurance or with any Premium Telco Domestic Chat Process.
Knowledge of Sales and Billing will be required.
Skills and Abilities
Telecom Chat Experience
Knowledge about telecom billing, customer service and sales handling skills
Communication Skills
Should have excellent English language skills
Work shifts
Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts
