Roles and Responsibilities


  • Sourcing passive candidates via different channels such as: Job portals, social media, references etc.
  • Publishing job advertisements on social media, careers pages, and online job boards.
  • Design & implement overall recruiting strategies.
  • Screening resumes as well as job applications & interviewing candidates keeping in mind the required criteria to assess a candidate.
  • Managing client portfolios and also maintaining good relations with them.
  • Coordinating with clients for the regular feedback of the candidates.
  • Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments).
  • Creating talent pipelines for accommodating high-potential candidates in future opportunities.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews before forwarding them to clients.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • A Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Awareness of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written).
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision making skills.
  • Adaptable to the environment with strong dedication.

Immediate joiner is preferred.
