Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality resolution.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims.

Work Shift timings: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday) US shift

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the English language or 10+2 with 3 years Diploma
Proficient using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts (US Shifts)
