Understanding & analyzing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions.
Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T &D and other business functions.
Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals.
Sourcing & Screening
Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on pre requisites & skill sets.
Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview Process Head Hunting & Interview Management
Responsible for end to end interview management. Sharing feedback with candidates at each step & effective coordination for necessary documents. Candidate Management
End to end
candidate management with an Applicant Tracking Tool.
Effective compensation negotiations with selected candidates. Effective coordination with all candidates Follow up process: Handling compensation negotiations, setting the right expectations with candidate followed by joining
