Dear Applicants,
We are hiring HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) for Netscribes, Kolkata.
Education- Graduate
Experience- At least 1 year in recruitment (bulk hiring, fresher jobs, etc.)
Job Responsibilities include-
-Hiring bulk or niche talents both technical or non-technical as per the requisition raised by
hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms professional
networks, job portals etc.)
- Developing and Liasioning with various sourcing channels (e.g. colleges/institutes, free and
paid recruitment consultancies, job boards etc.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including virtual screening calls, virtual
assessments and virtual interviews.
- Pre and Post onboarding formalities.
- Daily MIS for regular footfalls, hiring report, assisting in preparing division based policies,
SOP’s and periodical dashboards.
Working Days- 6
Salary- Negotiable
