Roles and Responsibilities

Utilize the emergency medicine approachto the undifferentiated patient topriorities tasksusing effectivehistory takingand examination techniques.
Assess and treat patients presenting with breathing difficulties, circulation difficulties, chest pain, seizure or altered level of consciousness etc
Knowledge of MLC
Radiology & other diagnostic interpretation and Respective correction, BLS, IV line , Intubation
ACLS/ATLS/CTLS, Ventilation, pleural Tap, Lumbar tap, Paracentesis
Defibrillation, cardio version, Putting in Temp.Pacing leads
IABP insertion & monitoring

Desired Candidate Profile

MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine or Masters in Emergency Medicine
