Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our wealth management firm. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our wealth management services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and promote our wealth management services.
• Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
• Manage and update the firm’s website and social media channels, ensuring that all content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for our wealth management offerings.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, measure campaign performance, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers and financial advisors, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Coordinate and participate in events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the firm’s visibility within the wealth management industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify our brand reach.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for client presentations and meetings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role within the financial services or wealth management industry, with 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services offered in wealth management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to financial marketing is a plus.
