Designation: Team Leader – Email Support Team

Joining:Immediate to 15 days Joining

Salary : CTC 2.0 LPA to 2.5 LPA

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Candidates should have min. 1 year of experience in handling a team in Domestic BPO (Email & chat)

Qualification- Graduation Mandate (Any stream)

Requirement-

Good Analytical skills should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel
Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage
Responsible for staff retention within the team.
Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, TAT, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.
Excellent English communication – verbal and written
Should be willing to work in Rotational Shifts and one Rotational Off.
Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Should have experience working in International chat and Email process
To manage a large and diverse team
Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
