Job Description

Nation Pension System (NPS) - Service Manager

  • To support the channel on deliver on the NPS account budget for both Individual and Corporate subscription.
    • By effectively managing the Lead funnel of Relationship Managers on ground
    • By building synergy with other stakeholders across business unit such as existing clients of Corp Sal/Life Insurance/Corporate Banking / wholesale banking /treasury etc.)
    • Ability to service to the existing key corporate clients
    • Managing the entire Corporate empanelment process seamlessly i.e. Documentation required, legal agreement and onboarding call with the nodal officers
    • Work very closely with Branch team to drive Individual subscribers.
  • Work closely with Process team to deliver regulatory guidelines within the stipulated time
  • Intra department coordination (coordinate with cross functional departments for receiving leads, coordinate with legal team for handling queries pertaining to NDA/SLA, coordinate with CPC for form processing/PRAN generation/rejection/contribution processing etc)
  • The ability to effectively communicate to Regulator on an ad hoc basis as the situation demands
  • Resolution of grievances within TAT.
  • Monitoring of pending withdrawal requests initiated by the customers so that these requests are processed at the earliest.
  • Assisting the branches on the product/ process related issues.
  • Releasing advisories to the branches on processing the online applications & forwarding them to CPC NPS.
  • Releasing advisories to the customers on processing the online applications & submitting them at the nearest NPS enabled branches.
  • Handholding the corporate clients on the registration of the corporate clients for eNPS.
  • Coordinating with the branches for setting up of the helpdesks at different locations of the corporate clients at non RM locations.
  • Getting the non-financial requests processed of the corporate clients like updation of the revised retirement age, change of the scheme preference, change of nodal officers etc.
  • Getting the corporate subscribers shifted from Karvy to NSDL.
  • Getting the new POPSPs activated AND/ OR old POPSPs deactivated by collaborating with NSDL.
  • Providing the vendor registration details to the prospective corporate clients for enabling them to initiate the contribution processing formalities.
  • Calling NPS Enabled Branches on regular basis.
  • Maintenance of Corporate Master on Monthly Basis
  • Visiting CPC on daily basis for clearing the hold form of NPS
