Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Executive for our luxury resort in Panaji. As a Hospitality Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that their stay at our resort is comfortable and enjoyable.

This is an on-site role with the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide personalized and exceptional service to guests
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
