HR Analyst

Job Description

The HR Analystwill be based in Chennai.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Ability to lead and take ownership of a Region, work equally well in a challenging environment; and a spirited team player
• Good proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Adaptability and ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, attend to details and willingness to be fair and consistent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide support to project team to ensure Flex sustainability goals are met.
• Support to meet stakeholder expectations and requirements, we gather insight on the importance of environmental and social issues.
• Support by monitoring process of sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, waste generation, and recycling.
• Audit the usage of energy factors based on the invoices that are provided by the Sites globally
• Perform several High-level tasks which is directly showcased to the Presidents and the Segment VP’s
• Audit the government inspections and ensure that there are measures taken in case of administrative or monetary penalties
• Approves the Initiatives and Awards that has been done and recognized at Flex throughout the globe
• Assist in the development and implementation of social and environmental programs for Flex – Earth Day Challenge, People with Disabilities, Women in Flex, etc.
• Analyze the current practices of an organization and identifying points where environmental sustainability could be improved.
• Develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
• Audi the Community activities done globally at Flex throughout the regions and measures the impact it has done to the community.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• 1 – 3 of years of experience in an analysis role (quantitative and qualitative)
• The ability to benchmark and be informed about the global trends
• Detail-oriented & Persistent
• Be able to manage different projects at the same time
