HR Analytics & Insights (HRAI)

This role is part of the Growth Markets HRAI Market team and serves the Growth Markets overall HR
analytics needs, working closely with the Growth Markets Team Captain and supporting the Growth
Markets overall stakeholders, working collaboratively to understand the strategy, priorities and
objectives of the business and design/implement solutions to meet or exceed those needs. This role is
expected to work continuously to find ways of operating with maximum efficiency, including educating
customers on digitized solutions, driving self-service, raise the bar on the level of insights and analytics
provided to customers to drive strategic and operational HR decision-making. This role also engages
actively with the Growth Markets delivery team: Agile Delivery Team members and other MUs /Service
Advisors and share best practices.

This role also works closely with others sub teams within HR such as Talent Supply Chain, Data and
Analytics and MD Matters and adjacent non-HR teams such as CIO Applied Intelligence, Finance or
Operations CFs, based on the nature of analysis.

The role will
• Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment,
and work closely with the Growth Markets Team Captain to support the Growth Markets HR SDL
/Growth Markets HR Leadership team to understand their analytics and insights needs and wherever
possible utilize existing digital tools to shape the solution. Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that
are found. Create insights from tools that are actionable to deliver high value.
• Be a subject matter expert of the digital reporting products and analytic offerings relevant to the
assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education/training, and adoption of the products.
• Lead initiatives with innovative mindset to re-engineer and improve existing processes and
streamline/optimize deliverables.
• Champion the HRAI strategy and agenda with respect to the digital HR reporting journey.
• Collaborate with teams to address business issues and influence change using
strategy, industry and analytical skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and subject matter experts.
• Gather, analyze and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of
analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve
decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team.
• Manage work and resources effectively within defined bounds.

• Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members working
across customer geographies. Collaborate with other Advisors to determine a common approach in
case of overlapping requirements, identify impact of requested HR solutions to other entities, and
determine synergies.
• Lead and participate in people initiatives
• Train and educate HR in the Growth Markets extended HR team on the usage of analytics
(moving to a more analytical mindset)
• Help the Market moving from descriptive analytics to predictive analytics
• Lead on the path to Workday, seeking innovative solutions and championing the effort
