Job content

1. Attendance and Leaves

Ø Keeping Track of the attendance of employees.

Ø Filling the Leave forms and keeping a track of leaves taken.

Ø Seeing to it that there is not much absenteeism on any given day.

2. HR policies and HR manual

Ø Drafting HR policies.

Ø Development and implementation of personnel Policies and procedures.

Ø Prepare and maintain employees handbook, policies and procedures manual.

Ø Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

3.Recruitment

Ø Understanding Manpower requisitions from the concerned department.

Ø Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.

Ø Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills

Ø Screening the candidates

Ø Arranging interview schedules.

Ø Maintaining and updating the databases of the candidates.

Ø Doing a Background verification of shortlisted candidates.

4. Documentation

Maintaining Documents of every employee.

5. Compensation and Benefits

Ø Administers Compensation program

Ø Performs benefits administration to include claim resolution, change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees.

vi. Participates in developing department goal, objectives and systems.

vii. Monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

viii. Handles employee relation counseling and exit interviewing.

ix. Participates in administrative staff meeting and attend other meetings and seminars.

6. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.

ii. Assisting in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

iii. Performance Mapping

iv. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. i. Training and development

Ø Conducts orientation program to new employees.

Ø Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees

Ø Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.

7. HR Administration

Ø Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors’ list, performance appraisal form and training schedules.

Ø Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.

Ø Reviews compensation and benefits up to junior designer level.

Ø May need to draft agreement/contract to overseas and local freelancers

8. Performance Appraisal

Ø Monthly Performance review.

Ø Performance Mapping.

Ø Monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

Ø Performance management and improvement systems;

Ø Conducting meetings with employees, staffs and directors.
