She must naturally possess a relative degree/honorary diploma in HR Management, MBA, should properly maintain a distinct advantage with good communication skills in proper English and working experience at least 2 successful year, to efficiently deliver an extensive responsibility to miraculous deliverance of talent management, reasonable compensation and employee benefits, training and cognitive development, patient compliance and workplace safety.
