We are hiring HR Executive for a renowned Jewellery group.

Job Location - Madurai.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Oversee manpower planning and ensure the timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and provide support for conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end HR activities.
  • Strong skills in manpower handling.
