Roles and Responsibilities


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Works with the (Accelerate Foundation) to advise clients on creating profitable process and ensures proper procedures for review and approval are met at the department level.
  • Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Maintains marketing staff by training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions/ presentations on new initiatives, policies, and process as and when needed.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives, monitoring calls, evaluating outcomes.
  • Resolves client problems, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, answering questions.
  • Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments, participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports, interpreting information, making recommendations.
  • Maintains coordination with Assigned Team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be a Graduate
  • Preferred +1 year of experience in vendor management and recruitment.
  • Good Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Can effectively convince others on business matters.
