Job Description :

Handling recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate. Client conversation and client coordinations. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc. Source candidates by using databases, job portals. Ensure joining formalities, induction orientation of new project employees and the existing employees, educating employees on HR policies, procedures and benefits and ensure the compliance. Proficient in sourcing prospects from external job portals, reference mapping, head hunting and postings on job portals. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending, educating and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
