Looking for an immediatejoiner for a US HR and Administrative Role willing to work in a diverse environment with project management, human resource, administrative and minor book keeping and accounting tasks.

Eligibility:Graduation in Management, Good Verbal and Written English, Proficiency in Google Suite (specifically google sheets), analytical abilities and a go get it attitude.

  • Manage weekly payrolls and maintain timesheets for the New York based clients’ employees.
  • Managing talent acquisition and recruitment cycle
  • Labor Time Tracking
  • Conduct employee-onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keeping track of various accounts like softwares, vehicles, insurances etc.
  • Keep track of new incoming projects and enter them into the system
  • Tracking accounts receivables and payables
  • Assist in Accounting Process, recording labor and WIP costs
  • Misc. admin tasks
