We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fill the role of Event Manager cum Office Administrator at Event Town. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities as the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, managing recruitment processes, and handling various office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Responsibilities:1.Event Management:Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, catering, audio-visual arrangements, and event marketing.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and expectations, ensuring the successful delivery of memorable experiences.
Manage event timelines, schedules, and deadlines to ensure seamless execution and adherence to client specifications.
Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best possible arrangements within budgetary constraints.
Supervise event staff, including coordinators, technicians, and support personnel, ensuring efficient teamwork and adherence to quality standards.
2.Recruitment Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and advertisements.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
3.Office Administration:Manage general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events, including coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Maintain employee records, such as attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
Support finance and accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
