Educational Qualification:
MBA / PGDM - HR from Recognized Tier 2 Institutes.
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Job Objective:
Responsible for end to end deployment and execution L&D strategies at site towards building capable and committed workforce for future.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To finalize sharp & focused training need at an individual level, team level and Organization level
2. To prepare effective learning interventions to fulfill the needs
3. To identify effective digital mode of learning delivery systems
4. To prepare and create training calendar and executing the same
5. To generate and maintain L&D MIS
6. Take feedback from participants on faculty, course content and other arrangements and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
7. To identify high quality training resources
8. To Prepare and maintain training budget for all training interventions, programs, workshop
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Involve in employee connect initiatives
2. Special Projects
