Who Are We?

TRC Group is a full-service processing, manufacturing, shipping, and trading organization that specializes in sourcing and delivering key agriculture commodities to producers and end users around the world. TRC Group is a privately held leading trader of cereal, grains, rice, feeds, by-products, and various other agriculture commodities.

We are opening an office in India and looking for someone to provide Human Resource support. This position will help the company build a foundation for our new venture in the Chandigarh area. You will actively engage in recruiting, staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

What Would You Do?

· Source talented and high producing traders through recruitment and establish a trade flow for the business.

· Work to create and manage a business presence and network through social media sites.

· Responsible for creating and listing job postings through LinkedIn and other hiring platforms for necessary positions for the office.

· Maintain and demonstrate a high knowledge of human resources policies and regulations that will be implemented into the business.

· Design interview questions and assessments to identify top candidates for conducting interviews.

· Develop organizational guidelines and procedures.

· Perform orientation and record keeping of new staff members.

What Are We Looking For?

· 3+ years of general Human Resource experience.

· Proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and leadership development.

· Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience hiring exclusively in India.

· Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

· Confident communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English.

· Ambitious, self-motivated, driven, and passionate.

Job Details

· Chandigarh area of India

· Annual salary of 300,000 – 500,000 rupees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
