Referencing is a part of Global Employee Support function in HR. It provides employees their employment verification letters (reference letters) across APAC & EMEA. It also conducts reference checks f or ex-employees on request from external parties such as recruitment agencies, government agencies, etc. Pre-defined letter templates by the respective locations are used for the purpose of preparing letters.

Job Description

As an Analyst specializing in Referencing, Global Employee Support, you will be an integral member of the Referencing team responsible for standardizing current templates across geographies, managing team metrics across systems and managing projects.

You will also help increase Tier 0 utilization of resources by employees by monitoring HR linked intranet pages & communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business process stakeholders in the analysis of reference letters & reference checks requests, proposing relevant improvements and facilitating the implementation
  • Manage small to mid-scale projects, team activities and process migrations
  • Assist with creation of analysis-based business cases for new demand
  • Provide trainings for team members as well as business partners of our tools.
  • Drive the approach of standardized Referencing Process and templates across locations
  • Contribute to improve working methods for day-to-day processes and systems
  • Liaise with technology support teams and location partners to manage requirement gathering for projects and testing of new initiatives and projects
  • Manage and execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis including monthly scorecards, daily assignments and ageing reports
  • Assisting in quality checks, researching and resolving issues, determining root causes of errors and rework needed to correct
  • Assume ownership and independently manage various activities
  • Increase Tier 0 utilization of resources by employees by monitoring HR linked intranet pages & communications.

Required Skills

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in communications, journalism, literature or related fields
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience preferably in an Internal Communications role.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Preferred experience with desktop publishing
  • Proactive, engaging & impact oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect & analyse data, establish facts and prepare conclusions, as well as support defining and articulating project documentation or data policies
  • Preferred - working knowledge on HCM / PeopleSoft / other HR Applications and of HR Operations / any other HR fields
  • Open to work in shifts across APAC & EMEA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
