Job Responsibility -
Handling complete charge of people processes with respect to people
management from entry to exit with focus on talent management including
training and development, implementation of people processes, building
appropriate organisation culture and embedding core values and guiding
principles.
 Strategic planning of human resource management in order to ensure optimum
utilization of manpower.
 Ensuring implementation of Labour Laws and handling activities of employee
relations.
 Grievances Handling.
 Payroll Management.
 Performance appraisal.
 Employee engagement.
 Exit Formalities.
