Company OverviewGlobal Calcium Pvt Ltd operates in the None industry.Role And ResponsibilitiesThe HR Officer will be responsible for the following:
  • Liaising with various government offices such as PF, ESI, IF, PT, Panchayath, Municipality, Police, and health department.
  • Handling DNS, Methanol & IPA related activities with Taluk DEO, Divisional Excise Officer, Collectorate, and Commissioner office.
  • Managing the salary, leave salary, and pension contributions of ESO (Excise Supervisory Officer).
  • Participating in statutory-related audits.
  • Ensuring timely renewal of factory license and running license.
  • Maintaining and updating all registers as per the Factories Act.
  • Following up and renewing policies of EDLI, Gratuity, and Superannuation.
  • Filing half-yearly and annual returns.
Candidate QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:
  • Any degree
  • Tamil speaking, writing, and reading knowledge
