· Hiring Experience in Engineering and Infrastructure (CIVIL Constructions )

· Looking For Non IT Recruiter

· Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers

· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability

HR-Recruiter Requirements:

  • Any degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Filed.
  • Excellent Recruitment skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
