Responsibilities :

  • Implement and administer employee policies
  • Must have experience in Employee engagement, Training & Development, Grievance handling, Learning & Development.
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
  • Train and provide support to HR team members.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 1-1.5 years’ experience in Recruitment (any IT or Non IT)
  • Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
