Job Description -

Work timing: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am IST.

Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 6 months - 5 years of experience in Recruitment and staffing with some expertise in IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The preferred candidate will be someone who is coming from a recruitment staffing company’s background.
Must have solid experience in handling multiple positions daily, well versed with interview coordination, negotiation, and extending offer letters to selected candidates.
Responsibility will include understanding Job description, sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the requisition needs. Develop Boolean search string with tight parameters to ensure the right fit the first time.
Solid understanding of recruiting best practices.
Should have prior experience with the job posting on recruitment portals like Naukri, monster, etc.,

Should have a good number of network connections on LinkedIn and able to source passive candidates from the network connections.
