End to end management of the delegates, starting from the point of database profiling and pitching to the right target audience to invoicing and eventually managing and maintaining a long team work relationship to ensure repeat business.
Reaching out to decision makers in corporate and generating sales lead through calls and email
Managing marketing activities of mailings, advertisements, feeds on social media.
Ensure delegates registration and monitoring of collection of fees in close partnership with the accounts and operations teams.
Profile database and inviting target audience as guests.
Managing registration end to end on the day of the event
Networking with the delegates present on the day of the event
