Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resource Analyst *who *will collect, compile, analyze and report on HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to key HR KPIs, trends and forecasts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), Finance and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, competitors practices, and other sources. •
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, etc.
  • • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for activities to improve the organizational issues. •
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR Business partners, and senior leadership. • Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes. •
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Eligibility

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required. •
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and relevant HRIS systems • 2+ years in relevant data analytics experience, analyzing existing and newly collected data for interpretation. **Desired skills: ** • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software. • Experience with dashboards, data visualizations using Power BI. •
  • Experience with Statistical modelling and descriptive statistics • Business acumen
