JOB BRIEF

Our company requires a “Human Resource - Assistant Manager” with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as an HR, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and processes. You will assist in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, administrations, documentations and other HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Ø Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles and systems access. Process paperwork and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.

Ø Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Ensure that personnel files, and disciplinary documents, are organized and stored securely.

Ø Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues, such as policies and procedures, time off requests, and payroll inquiries. Escalate complex issues to HR management as needed.

Ø Training and Development: Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.

Ø HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as performance management processes, employee engagement surveys, or diversity and inclusion programs. Contribute to the successful implementation of projects within specified timelines and budget.

Ø SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Ø Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.

Ø Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.

Ø Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
