Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment con, tracts, etc.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR, events, etc.
  • Coordinate training sessions when required.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like a collection of employee feedback, etc.
  • We are monitoring usage levels of supplies and ordering additional supplies as needed.
  • We are coordinating with vendors to order items for inventory or special projects.
  • Determining how much inventory each department needs and ordering new items when necessary.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Administration.
