Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies and procedures,
  • HR management in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations and Maintaining the employees’ data
  • Management of Attendance, Leaves, and Payroll
  • Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
  • Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge or experience in Administration work

Skills required:

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Required languages English,Hindi and Gujarati
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP or HRCI certification) is preferred

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: Minimum 2 years.
