Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies and procedures,
- HR management in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations and Maintaining the employees’ data
- Management of Attendance, Leaves, and Payroll
- Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
- Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge or experience in Administration work
Skills required:
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Required languages English,Hindi and Gujarati
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or HRCI certification) is preferred
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
Salary: Negotiable
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
