Join our HR Team!

The HR team interacts with employees at all levels & supports the full employee life cycle at TekIT Solution. This includes a multitude programs internally and answering employee questions in a timely manner, accurately managing employee data, benefits and leave management, Scheduling interviews, On-boarding, Off-boarding and IT Recruitment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels i.e. Naukri.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, References, HR Communities, and Manage database.
  • Conducting employee on boarding and help plan training & development.
  • To handle the process from hiring to on boarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first day experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HRMS.
  • To handle the documentation part.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
  • Must have handled HRMS software,if he or she has experience on Odoo would be a plus.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR Related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organising team building activities.

What we require

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Good in English verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Excellent Email writing skills
  • Must be comfortable in learning new technical systems as needed
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Need to operate MS Office; HRMS systems (e.g. Odoo)
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Must be able to handle all tasks related to admin and Office management.
